More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Also included in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
